Alla Zamarayeva, Ph.D. is the Co-Founder and CEO of CellFE, a biotechnology company specializing in microfluidic-based cellular engineering, aiming to revolutionize cell therapy manufacturing by enhancing the delivery of gene-editing molecules into human cells. CellFE's platform ensures gentle cell treatment, rapid cell recovery, and superior yield of healthy cells, enabling scalability and significant time and cost efficiencies in development and manufacturing — with a vision toward decentralized, point-of-care manufacturing in the cell therapy sector.

A former Goldwater Scholar and William S. Floyd Jr. Fellow at UC Berkeley Engineering, she is a well-published scientist featured in multiple scientific releases, including Discover magazine and Scientific American, with a research background spanning fluid dynamics and health monitoring systems. She earned her Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and co-founded CellFE in January 2019.
