Reselute is a medical device startup based in Durham, NC developing novel combination product solutions for the treatment of orthopedic infections to accelerate treatment and improve patient care. The company's proprietary reservoir technology is based on years of academic research from the Gall Lab at Duke University. As co-founder and CEO, Dr. Kelly leads the business and product development strategies.

Dr. Cambre Kelly is a biomedical engineer, medical device entrepreneur, and additive manufacturing specialist whose passion is working at the intersection of advanced technology and medicine. She is a co-founder of numerous early and mid-stage MedTech companies translating and commercializing innovative medical devices, and is a highly cited researcher and inventor on numerous patents who has commercialized multiple medical device products impacting thousands of patients. She holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and also received an SBIR award from the National Science Foundation for Reselute.
